Your hospitals, in your hands.

Sign in to the health systems you use through MyChart and your labs, medications, conditions, allergies and visits come into one record. Practices that use MedHX Pro can send you a connect code, and your appointments arrive with it: confirm them, or ask to reschedule, from UHX.

Which health systems you can connect depends on your providers. Anything else can be scanned or uploaded.

Scan and organize

Every paper, finally in order.

Upload a PDF or a photo, or scan with your phone camera. With your permission, UHX reads a lab report or visit summary and proposes entries for your chart. Nothing changes until you review them and press import, and the original stays attached as the source.

Emergency card

When seconds matter.

Your emergency card shows a responder what they need: blood type, allergies, medications, conditions, implants, critical notes, emergency contacts and your health care proxy. Its QR code opens without a login. Put it on your lock screen, print a wallet card, or add the link to your phone’s medical ID.

Family

Everyone you care for, one place.

Keep your children’s records, and your parents’, right beside your own. Invite another parent or caregiver to share the responsibility, and switch between records from the top of the portal. When a child turns 18, hand the record over and it becomes theirs.
